On March 1, 2004, Paul Dvorsky was appointed President of Aviation
and Missile Solutions, LLC by the Board of Directors.
In April 2004, AMS, LLC became a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynetics, Inc. This action
enables AMS to maintain our Small Business qualification.
The AMS Team has developed a strong technical support base for
O2K. Current customers include Apache Attack Helicopter
PMO; Utility Helicopter PMO; Cargo Helicopter PMO; Program Manager
for Aviation Systems; AMRDEC Aviation Engineering Directorate;
Applied Sensors, Guidance & Electronics Directorate; System
Simulation and Development Directorate; Engineering Directorate;
Propulsion and Structures Directorate; Software Engineering Directorate;
Advanced Systems Directorate; Integrated Material Management
Center and Aviation Engineering Division (Corpus Christi, TX).
02K Task Order awards have exceeded $200M via 65 individual Task
Orders. The O2K contract ended on November 16, 2005.
On 1 February 2005 AMS, LLC was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement
(BPA) by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) for
Technical Domain Advisory and Assistance Services. The contract
for EXpedited PRofessional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS)
follows the O2K contract. Although AMS qualifies as a small business,
the AMS-led team, originally made up of 45 small-business and 9 large business
team members, received this award in the full and open category.
The period of performance for the initial BPA was for one year, with provisions for annual extensions. Individual task orders within EXPRESS
may last up to five years.
On 23 May 2006 the AMS, LLC relocated to 1002 Explorer Blvd. Our offices are in the new Dynetics Corporate Headquarters Bldg. Our mailing address changed to P.O. Box

On 1 February 2006 AMCOM awarded a one year extension to our
BPA, and in 2007 AMCOM awarded an additional one year extension to AMS. The team has grown to include approximately 36 team members and 76 subcontractors. Over 80% of our members are small businesses and more than 50% of the work awarded to AMS is being performed by these companies.
